Youth Arts

Home Youth Arts

Youth Arts are a valuable way for young people to express themselves, build confidence, experience arts practice, develop through team work and build meaningful connections with others. Being involved with a Youth Arts project or event can give young people the platform to express their identity and their ideas in a safe, non-judging environment. Taking part in a positive and creative experience can help to build self esteem and an openness to engage in new things.

I am a passionate and committed advocate and facilitator of Youth Arts, have completed NYCI training, and hold a Certificate in Youth Arts.
In 2020 I trained as a Story Exchange Facilitator through Narrative 4, and have begun on the engaging path of facilitating empathy building story exchanges with young people.
